At Lawlevelup, we are deeply committed to delivering high-impact legal education that leads to real-world career growth. To ensure accountability and fairness for both learners and educators, we have crafted the following refund policy for our live certificate programs.
We are confident in the quality of our live courses. If you genuinely participate in the course and still don’t find value, we’ll offer you a 100% refund—but only if you’ve met all the requirements laid out below and subject to applicable law.
1. Attendance Requirement – You must attend at least 80% of all live classes. Watching recordings does not count as attendance.
2. Assignment Completion – All assignments must be submitted on time and reflect genuine effort.
3. Engagement Requirement – You must fulfil at least 2 of the engagement conditions such as attending orientation, asking questions, or being active in the WhatsApp group.
4. First Raise Your Concern – Contact us at [email protected] before requesting a refund to attempt resolution first.
You may request a refund only after the first week of the course till the end of the course before certificate generation. Refunds requested before the first week or after certificate generation will not be considered.

We reserve the right to deny future enrollments to students who misuse this policy.
Refunds are limited to base course fees actually received by us. Taxes, payment gateway charges, and other costs are non-refundable.
Our total liability is limited to the fees actually paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
This policy is governed by the laws of India under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered office location.
We run small-batch courses with high mentor involvement. This policy ensures fairness while maintaining program integrity.

Lawlevelup offers limited refunds for recorded courses under specific conditions to protect genuine learners and maintain fairness.
A 7-day conditional refund window is available only if less than 20% of content is accessed and other conditions are met.
1. Time-Based Eligibility – Refund request must be raised within 7 days from the date of access.
2. Course Progress Limit – You must not have accessed or completed more than 20% of modules or videos.

Our recorded programs are designed for maximum flexibility and value. This policy protects serious learners and prevents misuse.
i) All payments made towards any course, mentorship program, webinar, workshop, or masterclass offered by Lawlevelup are non-refundable.
ii) Once payment is made, no refund or cancellation will be provided—whether in full or in part.
iii) This applies even in cases of non-attendance, partial attendance, or dissatisfaction with the content or format.
i) All enrolments are strictly non-transferable.
ii) Course access, login credentials, and resources are exclusively for the registered participant and cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances.
i) Reschedule sessions or adjust the course timeline.
ii) Change faculty, speakers, or mentors if required.
iii) Update course content or structure, ensuring that the quality and relevance of the program are maintained.
Such changes shall not be deemed as deficiency in service and do not qualify the participant for a refund.
i) Access to recordings and learning material will be available for a fixed period (6 months, 1 year, etc.), as mentioned at the time of purchase.
ii) This period starts from the official date of course commencement, not from the registration or payment date.
Lawlevelup may update or revise the material during the access period based on academic or technical requirements.
i) It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure stable internet connectivity, suitable devices, and access to necessary tools (Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, etc.).
ii) Lawlevelup is not liable for technical issues arising on the user’s end which may affect access to live or recorded sessions.
i) All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
